1. Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for Gastro & Ortho products.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area Managers and Territory Business Managers.

The Schemes Executive is responsible implementing and tracking trade promotions and discount structures. He / she will ensure that schemes for stockists and retailers are executed accurately to drive sales while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor trade schemes
- Use Advanced Excel to calculate margins, track scheme ROI, and manage payout disbursements.
- Will be the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors regarding scheme queries.
- Verify chemist/stockist claims and ensure all promotions align with company budget and policy.
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports to highlight the effectiveness of ongoing promotions.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi to coordinate with diverse regional teams
