Job Summary:

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, and managing field force performance for the Gastro & Ortho divisions across the assigned region. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep market understanding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for Gastro & Ortho products.
  • Develop and implement effective regional business strategies.
  • Expand market share and strengthen product positioning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
2. Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area Managers and Territory Business Managers.
  • Drive team performance through regular reviews and field visits.
  • Ensure proper territory coverage and productivity.
3. Marketing Execution
  • Implement company marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build relationships with doctors and hospitals.
  • Organize product promotions, and brand-building activities.
4. Operations & Reporting
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Customer Engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Strengthen brand visibility in the region.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Science
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in Gastro & Ortho segment is mandatory

Job Summary:

The Schemes Executive is responsible implementing and tracking trade promotions and discount structures. He / she will ensure that schemes for stockists and retailers are executed accurately to drive sales while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor trade schemes
  • Use Advanced Excel to calculate margins, track scheme ROI, and manage payout disbursements.
  • Will be the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors regarding scheme queries.
  • Verify chemist/stockist claims and ensure all promotions align with company budget and policy.
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports to highlight the effectiveness of ongoing promotions.
Candidate Profile
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi to coordinate with diverse regional teams
  • Excel skills are mandatory for data reconciliation
  • Any Graduate or in Pharmacy.
